Abby Earrey
Abby is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Hospital Palliative Care Team at Auckland City Hospital. Originally
from Edinburgh, Scotland, Abby undertook training as a Registered Mental Health Nurse & later, as a
Registered General Nurse at Napier University, Edinburgh. Abby has worked in community mental health,
oncology services and hospice. Abby has recently completed her Masters of Nursing
which has combined her specialist knowledge and interest in both palliative care and mental health. Abby is a member of the Palliative Care Nurses New Zealand committee and the Clinical Ethics Advisory Group at Auckland District Health Board.
