Rosslyn Holloway
Graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1985, following General Nursing Training in Gympie, Queensland. Post Graduate Qualifications include - Oncology Nursing Certificate, Midwifery Certificate and Post Graduate Diploma in Cancer Nursing. Career has been in the area of Oncology, Haematology and for the past 13 years in Palliative Care. Working environments have included public, private, not for profit organisations and also in voluntary roles in Third World Countries. Career highlights include being Director of Ipswich Hospice for 8 years, Advance Care Planning Clinical Nurse for 4 years and as a project Clinical Nurse Consultant for the past nine months. Work experiences have been local, interstate and international. Personal experiences include caring for own parents during their deterioration and deaths. Every day is an opportunity to contribute in some way, some where and to some one.
